At Sanike Weighing Systems, we take pride in delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality weighing solutions. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:
It is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon delivery or installation.
You have received the wrong item or model compared to your confirmed order.
The issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery or installation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or specially ordered products.
Products that have been used, altered, mishandled, or installed by unauthorized personnel.
Items damaged due to improper storage, electrical issues, or physical impact after delivery.
Consumables, spare parts, or accessories sold separately.
3. Return Process

Our technical team may request photos/videos or conduct an inspection before approving the return.
Approved returns must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable).
4. Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 working days after inspection and approval.
In certain cases, you may be offered a replacement unit or service repair instead of a refund, depending on the product type and warranty terms.
Shipping, installation, and calibration charges (if already completed) are non-refundable.
5. Warranty & Service Claims
Products covered under warranty will follow the terms stated in the Warranty Policy or purchase agreement. Service or calibration-related issues will be addressed under maintenance agreements.
