Weighing & indication
Choose compression type load cells or double ended shear beam load cells. A digital LED weighing indicator, summing box and connecting cables complete the measurement system.
Computer & printing
A computer, printer and Windows-based weighbridge software support vehicle weighing, ticket printing and access to weighing records.
Standard load-cell quantities are listed in the table above. Your quotation confirms the selected load cell type, equipment models, computer specifications and civil-work scope. Custom load-cell quantities depend on the requested configuration.

Have a specific site or vehicle requirement? Include it in your quotation request.
Can I request a non-standard capacity or platform length?
Yes. Custom configurations range from 10T to 100T. Platform width is fixed at 3m, and the length is based on your requirements. Choose the custom option in the quotation form and enter the capacity and platform length you need.
Which load cell types are available?
You can request compression type load cells or double ended shear beam load cells. Select your preference in the quotation form. The number of load cells for our standard configurations is shown in the capacity table.
Which capacity and platform size should I choose?
Tell us the maximum total weight of the loaded vehicles, their length and the space available at your site. We will discuss these details with you before recommending a configuration.
Can you include foundations and ramps?
Civil foundation and ramp work can be included in the project quotation. If you use your own contractor, civil drawings and supervision can be arranged as part of the agreed scope.
Can the software be customised?
Software customisation can be discussed around your weighing process, records and reporting needs. Describe any specific requirements in your enquiry so they can be included in the proposal.
How much does a weighbridge cost?
The price depends on capacity, platform size, equipment, site conditions and the civil work required. Send us your requirements for a quotation based on your project.
What about warranty and maintenance?
Warranty coverage and exclusions are set out in your quotation. Preventive maintenance arrangements can also be discussed to support continued operation.
